What Maarg is. What it costs. What your child does.
Maarg is a leadership program for India’s future IAS, IPS, and IFS officers. We run two immersive trips a year, paired with one-on-one mentor sessions with serving and retired officers. We are not a coaching institute.
01Safety & oversight
How we look after your child.
Officer-led
Every cohort is led by a serving or retired civil services officer, with a Maarg trip coordinator on call 24×7.
Pre-cleared routes
Itineraries are pre-cleared with the relevant District Collectors and Superintendents of Police. Sensitive areas are not visited.
Medical screening
Mandatory pre-trip medical screening. Trip insurance is required. Oxygen support is carried on the Ladakh trip.
Direct contact
Parents receive a daily check-in from the trip coordinator. Direct phone access to the trip officer is provided for the duration.

03Common questions
The ones parents ask first.
No. Maarg is not a substitute for prelims or mains preparation. It runs alongside coaching. Treat it as a complement — it teaches what books cannot.
Trip seat fee: ₹42,000–₹45,000, depending on the trip. Mentor sessions: ₹2,000–₹3,500. Flights and personal travel insurance are not included. There are no hidden fees.
Trips are 8–9 days. Spring trips run in May (after exams). Autumn trips run in October (before mains). We design dates to minimise disruption.
